Ridgely Solar

Leeward Renewable Energy’s (LRE) Ridgely Energy Farm, LLC (“Ridgely Solar”) is a proposed 177-megawatt (MW) solar energy facility located on approximately 1,300 acres of privately-owned land in Lake County, Tennessee, which is approximately 100 miles north of the city of Memphis. The project will also include construction of a new switching station. Construction on Ridgely Solar began in early-2024 and the project is expected to be operational by early 2025.
