Project overview

Leeward Renewable Energy’s (LRE) Barilla Solar project, situated on 210 acres near the West Texas town of Fort Stockton, reached commercial operation in 2014. With a nameplate capacity of 30 MWAC, the project is comprised of 330,000 First Solar, Inc. photovoltaic modules and interconnects to AEP Texas. The output from the Barilla Solar project is sold into the ERCOT market.
