Greg Wolf is Leeward Renewable Energy’s CEO with over 20 years of leadership experience in renewables and the overall power industry.
Mr. Wolf oversees Leeward’s overall strategy, business operations of the existing 1,515.7 MW portfolio, and growth plans.
Most recently, Mr. Wolf served as President of Duke Energy Renewables. At Duke Energy, Mr. Wolf led the integrated renewable energy business, delivering high growth results and a strong operational track record. Prior to assuming the President role, Mr. Wolf was Senior Vice President of Development for Duke Energy’s commercial unit, where he created Duke Energy’s solar and biomass business and managed a national development pipeline. Mr. Wolf also held leadership roles at Duke predecessor company, Cinergy and General Electric.
Mr. Wolf earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Chief Operations Officer
David Smith is Leeward Renewable Energy’s Chief Operations Officer, with more than 20 years of energy industry experience.
Mr. Smith coordinates all operations of Leeward’s business. Previously, he was President of Infigen Energy U.S., and over his six-year tenure with the company, he oversaw the operations and asset management functions of the portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Smith served in senior management and consulting positions at such firms as Babcock and Brown, PPL Corporation, Pace Energy, and Washington International Energy Group.
Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from James Madison University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from George Mason University.
